Singing in community is one of the oldest ways humans have connected. When voices come together, energy builds, the mind settles, and the heart opens.

Song and Spirit Circle is a one-hour class that blends kirtan (sung mantras from the Indian devotional tradition), soulful songs from other traditions, and simple, repetitive songs that are easy to sing and feel. No singing experience is needed, and all are welcome. Whether you once sang in a choir, church, or the shower, you'll feel right at home.

 

Through song and mantra, we learn to focus our attention, breathe deeply, and create uplifting energy from within. This awareness helps us notice how our energy feels and how to bring it back into balance.
Come as you are and experience how singing together can lighten, center, and restore your whole being.

About Brian Perry
Brian's search for harmony and healing eventually brought him home to the music he had once left behind. What was once sought through understanding arrived instead through sound, a loving energy beyond words or thought. In the shared vibration of mantra and kirtan, he found a deeper sense of home and connection.
