FAMILY YOGA & SOUND HEALING

They grow up SO fast. Therefore, it's important to connect. Family Yoga is an event designed for long-lasting, meaningful family connections. Expect yoga asana, music, laughter, fun, stretching, sound meditation, relaxation, and deep healing. We have the props, just bring your mat and wear stretchy clothes.

 

A Special Invitation To…

👉 Dads and daughters. Moms and sons. Moms and daughters. Dads and sons. Siblings Only.

👉 Aunties and Uncles. Nieces and Nephews, call your favorite aunt or uncle.

👉 Cousins, go get your cousins. Have a “cousins only" outing.

👉 Grandma, grandpa, bring granddaughter and grandson. You, youngster, call your grandma/grandpa and invite them to YOGA.

👉 Step-mom/dad invite stepkids. Mom's boyfriend's kids and Dad's girlfriend's kids.

👉 Half sisters and brothers and Everyone in between. Third cousins on Dad’s step-uncle’s side that counts; let's go!
