Puppy Yoga: Connect, Breathe & Give Back 💚

 

Yoga meets unconditional love in this heart-opening class that benefits rescue puppies in need.

Move through a mindful Hatha flow to reconnect with your body, then sink into an extended Savasana where adorable puppies from Ruff Draft Rescue join you for cuddles and connection. This isn’t just a yoga class; it’s an invitation to soften, play, and experience the somatic magic that happens when we lower our defenses and open our hearts. The puppies aren’t a distraction—they’re a reminder of presence, vulnerability, and joy as the real medicine.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, you’ll find yourself smiling, laughing, and reconnecting with the child within you who knows how to be fully present. In Savasana, as you rest in the stillness you’ve created, the puppies offer unconditional love - teaching us that true healing happens in community, with all beings.

What to expect:

    •    50 minutes of Hatha yoga

    •    Extended Savasana with puppy snuggles

    •    Time to meet, greet, and play with puppies after class

    •    Community gathering to share the joy

Love Exchange:

    •    $20–25 plus receive a free pass to a future Rising Lotus yoga class (value of $26)

    •    If you wish, bring a donation (cleaning supplies, food, toys, bedding for the rescue) and receive a raffle ticket
