The healing sounds of Tibetan instruments such as drums, bells, gongs, singing bowls, cymbals, horns and conch shell deeply permeates the space with resonant medicine while guided TSA LUNG – breathing exercises open the channels and awaken the energy.

About The Event
~KIDZ in the MIX~ is a dance, yoga, acrobatics program for 7-11 year old kids created and taught by Tanja Pazou.
Kidz in the Mix has won the Chicago Music Awards in the category of 'Most talented kids under 12.' :D
Tanja Pazou - Creative Director, Choreographer, Yoga Teacher, born and raised in Germany, has developed this program nine years ago and has taught this program in the Chicago public school system, in the western suburbs of Chicago. She created a team of dancers that practice on a weekly basis in Hinsdale.
Tanja has shot two television pilots where students at 'Kidz in the Mix' were even invited to join a filming for "Americas Got Talent" TV show! Pazou Productions has published two television pilots to develop a television show for children.
