Allow the rhythmic beats of the drum take you on the journey within, where you let your fear come out to the surface and you meet it with open arms. Sit with it for as long as it takes to make friends with it. Breathe through it. Circular, deep and integrative breath.

It's a collaboration like no other! Anne Savickas will lead a drum circle witch will turn into a deep integrative breath-work session led by Egle Contreras ("Breath of Serenity") and then it will all come together as a very sacred and supported journey within.
