Enjoy a delicate tea ceremony with fragrant cups of traditional lotus tea while listening to the ancient legend of the moon goddess, Hang nga, expressing gratitude under the light of the luminous moon. A soothing sound bath follows the tea ceremony, bathing you in healing tones and vibrations, deepening your serene moment of spiritual connection. Titi is an experienced 200hr/500hr registered yoga teacher, currently becoming certified as a qi gong teacher. She practices and specializes in tea ceremony. She has mindfully and artfully crafted her tea ceremonies over a few years with the combined ancient practices of yoga, qi gong, and gongfu. The combinations of these practices come together to create an intimate practice that highlights the beauty of simplicity, ritual, and slowing down. Celebrate curiosity, mindfulness, and being You.

Sound Healing Therapy has become a regular healing modality in Monika's daily practice and in various classes. Having studied under various teachers, to refine her craft, Monika has harnessed sound, frequency, and vibration to facilitate healing in an approachable and sincere capacity. Using Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, Drums, and other various instruments, Monika is able to promote the body's powerful and innate ability to heal and transform.
