Starlight, starbright, your light shines all day and night. In this stated journey we will explore, get crafty, laugh, sing, give, listen, and grow grow grow. This yoga experience will be the epitome of Star Pose, and right on time. Mindfulness, wellness, self-love and compassion will be the themes for this class of wiggles, giggles, and unconditional joy.

The kids will come home with new breathing techniques and practices, new asana practice (maybe even some sanskrit), and a replenished sense of self joy, peace and contentment.

Plant based snacks provided at the end!
