 Transformational Journey

July 6th to August 15th, 2020

Okay, so in the present you have your typical yoga practice. Perhaps it’s been a couple of years now since you started a yogic path and you made your practice a routine. Although routine may be comforting and promising, have you considered getting out of your comfort zone, making a change in your yogic path?

Or maybe you’re a yogi/ni with a natural giving hand and find gratification in helping others. In that case enrolling in our YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) program may seem like the rational next step, right?

And remember, if you’re not looking to teach yoga and would rather partake in the program for your own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual growth and health, then our YTT is for you, too. There is no right way, only your way because this is your journey. At Rising Lotus Healing Center we’ve had students who’ve graduated from our YTT with the intention of healing/ learning how to heal the Self. This truly shows us how unique and YTT can be.

It seems like the time has come that you enroll in Rising Lotus Healing Center’s 200hr YTT Transformational Program and take it to the next level! Whether you want to teach or deepen your personal practice, both are embraced and embodied through our profound YTT program.

Yes, finding the “perfect timing” to immerse yourself into our YTT isn’t all that easy, especially if you don’t know when the “perfect time” is! Don’t worry, we will let you in on a little secret. The perfect time to start never arrives because you create it. Do you dare to just go for it or stay wondering what could have been?  Enroll and grow through what you go through in our sincere and deep YTT program. <3

Our YTTs provide 200 hours of hands-on yoga related and self healing training in topics from Ashtanga Yoga to Yoga Nidra to Kundalini Yoga, from postures to modifications to alignment, from history to philosophy to anatomy, from energy healing to physical healing, from meditation to Pranayama, from quantum physics to neuroscience, from Bandhas to Chakra, from Sanskrit to Mantras and MUCH more.

Not only will you complete your YTT and be fully certified to get out there and spread the teachings of yoga but you will have significantly evolved into a higher expression of your Divine Self.

So if you’re looking for a sign to do your YTT, this is it. Get out there and BE the change you'll looking for, whether it’s for yourself, for humanity, or both! Just know that there is a choice you have to make in everything you do.. So keep in mind that in the end, the choice you make, makes you.

200hr Summer Intensive Transformational Yoga Teacher Training
July 6th - August 15th 2020

Mastery of yoga is really measured by how it influences our day-to-day living, how it enhances our relationships, how it promotes clarity and peace of mind.

Our Yoga Alliance certified program can help you delve deeper into your own sense of Self through a broad spectrum of Yogic practices and thoughts paired with modern technologies and research on Neuroscience, Anatomy, Social studies and much more.

The extensive curriculum we offer guides serious practitioners and those aspiring to become teachers through the fundamental steps of discovering their own voice to offer intelligently sequenced and structured Hatha Yoga practices to a broad spectrum of students: our emphasis lies on discovering one’s own “True Practice” to be able to offer from a place of integrity and respect.

This training program is dedicated to shine a light upon the path of body, mind, and soul connection through the teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the eightfold path is called ashtanga, which literally means "eight limbs" (ashta=eight, anga=limb):

YAMA - Restraints, moral disciplines or moral vows.
NIYAMA - Positive duties or observances.
ASANA - Posture.
PRANAYAMA - Breathing techniques.
PRATYAHARA - Sense withdrawal.
DHARANA - Focused concentration.
DHYANA - Meditative absorption.
SAMADHI - Bliss or enlightenment.

These eight steps act as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. They serve as a prescription for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline; they direct attention toward one's health; and they help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.

Meet Our Teachers

Emile Lisauskaite

Emile's strong desire to live in an elevated state of mind led her to the path of Yoga. The insight she received through self exploration passionatley drove her to share it with others. May of 2017, Em acquired her YYT 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification at the Rising Lotus School of Yoga and Wellness and has completed 160 more hours of continued education at the Yoga Barn in Bali and 10 hours at Rising Lotus. As of June 2019, Emile became a E-RYT 200 (experienced registered yoga teacher). Along with teaching public yoga classes, she is a trained/certified level 2 Reiki practitioner and sound healer.

For the last 2 Yoga Teacher Training Programs, Emile has shared the profound teachings of asanas/postures, breath and body awareness and alignment, and how to tap into the power of presence, oneness, gratitude, and love during practice.

Em graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychology December 2018 at the University of Chicago in Illinois (UIC) and incorporates her knowledge of the mind in her yoga teachings. Today, she is the owner of Rising Lotus Healing Center.

"Yoga taught me to be grateful. It brings me into alignment with the macrocosm of the microcosm that I am, realizing that I am a part of something way bigger than myself. The variety of postures I explore and embody bring me closer to love and acceptance of my body and my life, whatever it may consist of. The practice of conscious breathing and meditation allows mental narratives to subsided. I find myself able to just BE, feel, experience the life that I AM, completely immersed in the present moment and even honor challenges in life where all that may not be easy. Life will happen and we must let it flow and honor the cycles. The awareness I've gained brought me much gratitude and love for Life itself and has taught me that I am a student of life and for life, the lessons just keep coming if you're open to it."

Panshula Ganeshan

Panshula Ganeshan is an initiated shishya (disciple) of the late yoga master Sivaya Subramuniyaswami-- founder of Hinduism Today magazine and Kauai's Hindu Monastery. Following a brief monastic training under his guru at the age of 21, Panshula returned home to practice all that his guru taught him. Panshula lived for 10 years as a strict brahmachari (celibate yoga student), practicing daily intensive raja/hatha yoga, traditional home worship, scriptural study, Vedic chanting, selfless service, and pilgrimages to sacred lands.

Panshula received mantra initiation into the famed Aum Namah Sivaya mantra in 2004 from Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami, Subramuniyaswami’s successor. Until recently, Panshula has remained in the background of the yoga community, preferring a private practice for self-transformation. After twenty years of study and experience, he now feels a deep calling to share his knowledge of Hinduism and Yoga metaphysics with other aspiring yogis and yoginis.

In 2018, Panshula became a certified yoga teacher through the Rising Lotus Healing Center, and also became certified in Vedic Counseling through the American Institute of Vedic Studies. Panshula has a Master’s in Writing degree and teaches writing full-time at Moraine Valley Community College.  He lives in the South Suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Jill Ganeshan, also a yogini and yoga teacher.

"Greetings. Eye am. Reflections abound. Healing me healing you. Describing me describing you. Loving me loving you. Slightly more yin than yang, and also more yang than yin. Eye balance like fire. Unpredictability is the plan, more of an evolution than a class. Are you breathing, or are you being breathed? Release. A loss, a purge, a deep wonderment that bends all cells, one. Breathe in the exhale. Notice. Just look at it. Come with me, be come a receiver. Abundant. Pure. Fulfilled. Now inhale. This always was an introduction to your cellf. Love you."
